Selling Advantage for Senior Homeowners® is a no-pressure
program. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, easy sale of your home. You are
encouraged to ask questions and be well informed about the entire process.
Here’s how it works:

First, we’d like you to learn all you can about the SASH Program. If you
have family or caregivers who are helping you make this decision, we’re happy
to provide them with information, too.

Second, we do a short phone interview with you to determine if you
qualify for the SASH Program. This way, you’ll know right away if we will be
able to help you in your transition.

Third, we will visit your home to meet you and learn a little bit about
how you’d like to sell your home. This is also an opportunity for us to answer
any questions that you or your family may have, in a more personal setting.

Fourth, we present an offer to purchase your home, custom-made to suit
your plans and wishes for your transition.

Fifth, if you accept our offer, we proceed forward to the sale,
step-by-step until the process is complete. We may also help you find any
resources you need along the way to ease your transition to a new home.
