"...Moving my mother from her home was the hardest thing I have ever done. It was an unexpected event, and suddenly my world was turned upside down. I had to take two months off of work, and stay with my mother in her city, away from my home and friends. It was stressful, exhausting, and emotionally draining." M from Seattle, WA

"If we could just trust a realtor to not intentionally take advantage of the situation, we would be flexible enough to make a deal - for we are not looking for top retail, but we also don't want to get intentionally taken advantage of which is very common practice..." R from Tacoma, WA

"We were so upset at the guy who was buying my father’s home. He asked if my father, in his 80’s, would include some household items with the home sale. My father agreed, not wanting to lose the buyer. Those items were precious family heirlooms that could never be replaced. And later, when we found out, he would not give them back to us..."
