Rebecca Bomann, Founder and CEO

Rebecca began her professional life in social work, serving homeless families, rape and trauma victims, and battered women in the United States, and impoverished families in South America. Rebecca went on to become her grandfather’s live-in caregiver for a year and a half, inspiring her vision for The SASH Program. Recently, she has years of experience in real estate, and specializes in purchasing homes from individuals in a stress-free, compassionate manner. Rebecca brings vision and passionate leadership to The SASH Program.

Rebecca graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY



Mark Schmale, Purchasing Manager

Mark brings an outstanding level of experience in real estate to SASH. Mark's background includes over a decade of private real estate investment work, including time as a licensed agent, and three years as past president of Real Estate Association of Puget Sound. Mark's leadership, creative solutions, and client-focused philosophy enable SASH to provide great home sales for our senior clients. As a history buff, Mark enjoys interacting with "living historians" at every chance - our valued senior clients.

Following his service in the US Navy, Mark obtained an Associates in Science in Electronics Communications.



Dianna Devlin, Board Vice President and Real Estate Advisor

Dianna Devlin brings over eleven years in professional real estate investment to SASH. Her knowledge and experience provide great leadership for enabling SASH to grow as a private home sale service for seniors. Prior to real estate, Dianna had a successful career with a start-up company in the pharmaceutical industry. She has a special love for seniors, and finds great meaning in the way that SASH positively impacts seniors' lives. Dianna brings insight, wisdom, and humor to The SASH Program.

Dianna graduated from the University of Hawaii Manoa with a B.A. in Speech / Marketing



Penny Washington, Community Relations Director

Penny is an amazing Team Member of The SASH Program, working full-time at the age of 75! Her contribution to SASH is greatly enhanced by over twenty years in the social services field, caring for families in need, low-income seniors, recovering addicts, homeless individuals, and abuse survivors. Penny relates to our SASH clients as senior-to-senior, bringing a true understanding of the challenges of aging and moving. Her experience also includes being a full-time caregiver of an aging client. In 2001, Penny won KIRO’s Home Town Hero Award. Penny brings wisdom, sharp wit, and resourcefulness to the SASH Program.

Penny graduated from DeAnza College in Saratoga, CA with a degree in Vocational Nursing / Psychiatry


Andrew Bomann, CFO / Webmaster

Andrew provides the critical piece of every business that is the office management, bookkeeping, web designing, accounting, and network interfacing. Andrew’s detail-oriented skills keep SASH organized and efficient, and his great attitude is a terrific contribution to the Team. Andrew’s experience includes web programming, database administration and programming, report design and implementation, and the financial / administrative arm of founding a non-profit organization here in the Seattle area. Andrew brings organization and careful business management to The SASH Program.

Andrew graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y. with a B.A. in Biochemistry / Molecular Biology.
