Rebecca Bomann, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Rebecca began her professional life in social work, serving homeless families, trauma victims, and battered women in the United States, and impoverished families in South America. Rebecca went on to help her 82-year old grandfather sell his home, and then cared for him for a year and a half in her home, inspiring her vision for The SASH Program. She has years of experience in real estate, and specializes in purchasing homes from seniors in a stress-free, compassionate manner. Rebecca's blend of social work and real estate epitomizes the unique strength of SASH in caring for seniors. Rebecca brings vision and passionate leadership to The SASH Program. Rebecca graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Sociology from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY.
Mark Schmale, Purchasing Manager
Mark brings an outstanding level of experience in real estate
to SASH. Mark's background includes over a decade of private real estate
investment work, including time as a licensed agent, and three years as past
president of Real Estate Association of Puget Sound. Mark's leadership,
creative solutions, and client-focused philosophy enable SASH to provide great
home sales for our senior clients. As a history buff, Mark enjoys interacting
with "living historians" at every chance - our valued senior clients. Following his six years of service in the US Navy, Mark obtained an Associates in Science in Electronics Communications.
Randee Orion, Community
Relations Director
Prior to joining
the SASH team, Randee worked in both case
management for juvenile offenders and in
marketing. She loves serving her community and
feels fortunate to work with a wonderful group
of individuals serving seniors while she
explores her passion for networking. When not at
work Randee can be found mountain biking with
her two rescue dogs, playing in the sand on an
ocean beach or riding her motorcycle. Randee has
a BA in Comparative History of Ideas from The
University of Washington, and Master of Business
Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Rachel Prihoda, Executive Assistant

Rachel energetically works behind the scenes,
providing a wide-range of administrative support
duties for The SASH Team: From assisting folks
on the phone to transaction coordination, Rachel
makes sure everything is running smoothly;
always with a smile and a positive attitude.
Rachel has great compassion and respect for
seniors, which comes from the lifelong
relationship Rachel has had with her
grandmother.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys relaxing
at home, being on the soccer field, catching up
with friends, and spending time with
family. Rachel
is a graduate of Highline Community College,
with a degree in Administrative Management.
Don Gibbons, Corporate Communications Manager
Don
Gibbons is the voice of SASH on the Internet,
sharing our vision, mission, and
high standards of senior care through various
channels. Don has worked in the computer and
Internet field for over twenty years, driving
impressive results in online content and search
initiatives for a number of companies. He has a
tender place in his heart for seniors from his
time as his grandmother’s primary companion for
many years before she passed away. He shares his
genuine compassion and respect for seniors
whenever he has the opportunity, and is proud to
represent SASH as an advocate for seniors. Don
is a voracious reader, and an avid outdoorsman.
