SASH Client Service Managers
Our Client Service Managers provide SASH’s service across Western Washington. With a wide array of professional experience and education, they are committed to serving seniors and their families with the highest quality care and professionalism. Areas 1 and 2 - Kitsap / West Puget Sound/Olympic
Peninsula
David Billings, Client Service Manager

Prior to joining SASH, David spent 16 years as a Mental Health Therapist providing service to clients of all ages. David grew up in a home right up the hill from his grandmother, but her recent health challenges have underscored the need for trusted service providers in seniors’ lives. Whether it’s watching soccer games,
going crabbing, or camping in the woods, David’s stays busy with his two young daughters’ activities. David has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Central Washington University.
Area 3
- Southwest Washington
Jennifer Fujimori, Client Service Manager
 Prior to joining SASH, Jennifer worked in real estate and healthcare.
Jennifer also volunteered her time for years in
the senior community assisting those with visual
impairments. More recently, Jennifer worked with
seniors in a skilled nursing facility where her
passion and love of seniors continued to grow.
During her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending
time with her grandchildren, visiting antique
and second-hand stores, and
working on projects around the house. Jennifer
believes that working with senior homeowners is
the most rewarding and gratifying experience of
her career.
Area 4
- Pierce County
Beth Pereira, Client Service Manager

Prior to joining The SASH Program team,
Beth worked as a Traffic Collision Investigator
for the Bellevue, WA, Police Department for fifteen years. Beth grew to love and respect seniors through her
interaction with them during her years of work
with the police department, and also through her personal experiences with her grandmother. During her free time, Beth enjoys playing baseball with her husband and two sons, kicking a soccer ball around, and swimming. Beth has a
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Washington
State University.
Area 5
- South King and East King County
Anne Tripp, Client Service Manager

Prior to joining SASH, Anne worked in corporate Human Resources and founded two businesses: a personall development training company, and a
home design service. Anne adored the many family
seniors who were actively involved in her life
since birth. She has been caretaker for family
seniors for over 15 years. In her free time,
Anne enjoys herding her teen age son and
friends, yoga, outdoor activities, remodeling
with power tools, and time with friends. Anne‘s
education includes an MBA from City U in
Organizational Leadership and a BA from WWU in
Psychology.
Area 5 - South King
and East King County
Peter Gallagher, Client Service Manager

Prior to joining the SASH team, Peter
pursued several creative entrepreneurial paths,
including creating a product line of food safe
bamboo vessels, private catering, and home
staging. Throughout all of his endeavors Peter
has been fortunate to work with many incredible
seniors where he gained an appreciation and
sincere respect for this jeweled facet of our
humanity. In his down time, Peter can be found
out puttering in the studio, testing a new
recipe in the kitchen, or walking his Havanese
dogs. Peter has a Master of Arts in Painting
from Northern IIlinois University.

Roger Hammerquist, Client Service Manager

Prior to joining the SASH team, Roger worked in the real estate field, and in support and service in the electronics industry. Roger grew to love and respect seniors beginning with his close relationship with his grandmother during childhood, and then later when helping elderly relatives and friends with their living situations. During his free time, Roger enjoys reading, playing guitar, and driving in his convertible. Roger Hammerquist enjoys offering SASH’s unique service to senior homeowners in the Snohomish County area.

North King, and Skagit Counties
Pam Hammerquist, Client Service Manager

Pam Hammerquist is Client Service Manager for Snohomish County. Prior to joining the SASH team, Pam worked as a Retail Manager, an Assistant Education Manager, and a Teacher. She grew to love and respect seniors when she began caring for her friend’s father. During her free time, Pam enjoys walks on a sunny day, scrapbooking with friends, and skiing when it snows. Pam has a degree in Business Management from Seattle Pacific University. Pam enjoys serving senior homeowners in Snohomish County with SASH’s unique service.

SASH was founded in 2005 by Rebecca Bomann. Rebecca Bomann saw the need for a private home sale service for seniors when she helped her own grandfather sell his home. Rebecca Bomann believes that seniors deserve an easy home sale service that can assist them through the process, eliminating the terrible stress, work, deadlines, and waiting that her grandfather endured. This is the mission of The SASH Program. SASH stands for Sell A Senior’s Home, or Selling Advantage for Senior Homeowners. The SASH Program is a respected member of the elder-care community, offering an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, as well as many testimonials from clients and their families. Rebecca Bomann began her care of seniors at the age of 12, working in the home of a bedridden elderly woman to prepare meals and do housekeeping for her. Rebecca Bomann continued her care for seniors as director of a small non-profit that served needy families. In addition, Rebecca Bomann has served battered women, homeless families, rape victims, recovering addicts, and teen moms in her years of social work. Rebecca also spent a year in South America working and researching in poor ghettos. Subsequent to her work as a social worker, Rebecca Bomann entered the real estate arena as an investor. This blend of social work and real estate is the foundation of SASH. The SASH Program is designed with the heart of caring and service to those in difficult situations, with the specialized knowledge of real estate and seniors. Thank you for your interest in SASH!
