 Selling Advantage for Senior Homeowners®
is a program offered exclusively for seniors who are preparing to make a
transition to a new home. Our goal is to provide outstanding service to each
senior in the SASH Program, as a guide and support through the entire sale
process.
To do this, we must be selective in our qualification process.
The SASH Program is designed for those seniors who are:

The legal owner of their property, whether it is a condo, house, parcel of
land, or other real estate

Not currently listing their property for sale with a real estate agent or
Realtor
-
Not currently involved in a legal or estate dispute involving their house or
property
-
Without hindrances of a physical or mental nature which would impede their
ability to legally sell the property
Of course, we know that each senior is in their own unique position when it
comes to making a transition to a new home. For this reason, we are more than
happy to be flexible in meeting seniors’ specific needs that relate to selling
their home.
