Each member of the SASH Team holds seniors in high regard. We endeavor to provide our services with the care and respect that we would give to our own grandmother and grandfather.
- We believe that instead of being hassled and stressed by the unknowns of a market sale, seniors should be able to plan it out in a way that fits their needs and schedule.
- We believe that instead of enduring the indignity of having dozens of strangers going through their home, our senior clients should be able to work with a team of professionals that they know personally and trust.
We believe that our senior clients should not have to feel the vulnerability of a yard sale sign or a lock box on the door, but should feel safe and protected - even during the transaction.
- If there are rooms full of unwanted belongings, we believe the senior should not shoulder the entire responsibility of sorting, packing, and discarding. If there is deferred maintenance around the home, we believe the senior should have the option to just "walk away" and focus on the transition to their next home.
- If family lives out of state or is unable to assist them, we believe the senior should be supported by a circle of competent professionals who will serve and protect during the home sale.
This is our mission, and we are passionate about fulfilling it! Below are our three primary objectives as The SASH Program:
|
 |
To provide seniors
with an outstanding home-selling alternative, enabling a more comfortable and
secure transition that is custom-fit to each senior’s needs.
|
 |
To uphold a business standard of
respect, service, and integrity, building a reputation trustworthy of the care
of seniors.
|
 |
To create new opportunities for home
ownership and community development.
