Often, the process of selling one’s home can be complicated with all of the
demands of the real estate market and the home-buyers in that market.
It is not unusual for a senior to be hassled with last-minute preparations to
their home to get it “market-ready”. As many seniors are on a limited income,
these updates are difficult to afford and stressful to manage.
